Al-Hadba Organization is committed to economically and socially empowering women, especially in conflict-affected areas, driven by the conviction that stability begins with women's financial independence. We view economic empowerment as the most potent means to bridge social inequality gaps. Through these programs, we seek to strengthen women's role as an equal and active partner in the development and decision-making process.
Within this framework, we organized specialized vocational training courses in vital sectors (such as hairdressing and tailoring), focusing on building economic skills alongside moral empowerment and restoring self-confidence. The impact has been profound and inspiring, as participants did not stop at simply gaining certificates; they converted the acquired skills into successful private businesses. This transition from job-seekers to entrepreneurs ensures the economic sustainability of their families and proves that targeted investment in women's capabilities achieves the highest social return.
